We require payment on the day of your visit unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our offices does not accept assignment of benefits from your insurance  carrier, however we would be happy to submit all your forms on your behalf for your direct reimbursement. We are also pleased to offer care credit, and in house financing program. With care credit, you have up to 12 months, interest free, to pay for services rendered. For your convenience, we also accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
